Custom email for Manage Pending Hire (MPH) completion is triggered twice.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure a custom email notification for Manage Pending Hire (MPH) completion.
2. Submit the MPH step in the production environment.
3. Observe that the email is triggered twice.

The first submission failed, and the transaction rolled back. The second submission was successful, resulting in the email rule being triggered twice.

Add a filter rule with the condition "process status = 'Hired'" in the email template configuration.
