3689257 - SAP Cloud Connector Configuration for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Live Connectivity Using ABAP Systems

Symptom

  • You are configuring a Live Data Connection or Import Connection between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and an on-premise SAP ABAP system.
  • The connection fails with HTTP 401 (Unauthorized) or HTTP 403 (Forbidden) errors.
  • Users cannot see data in SAC stories, or the connection check fails despite the Cloud Connector showing "Reachable".
