3689263 - How to request Business Role deletion in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

How to request the Business Role deletion.

• SAP Sales Cloud V2
• SAP Service Cloud V2

Currently it's not possible to delete created Business Roles from the UI, only set it as Obsolete.
However, the permanent deletion can be request by creating a case to the support team with the following details:

• Business Role ID
• Business Role Name
