Symptom

The Sales Templates object is not found in the Business Object section of the page during adaptation configuration attempts in C4C.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Sales Templates work center.
  2. Enter Adaptation Mode.
  3. Select the relevant page.
  4. Assign the page layout.
  5. Attempt to locate the Sales Templates object in Business Object.

Cause

This is a the expected system behavior

Resolution

Currently Sales Templates BO is not supported for Page layout Configuration during adaptation.
