3689327 - Error during Vendor Master Data upload due to incorrect Withholding Tax Type

• An error occurs during the vendor master data upload process, displaying the message: "Please enter a correct withholding tax type."
• The issue persists even when uploading only the withholding tax and exemption sheet.
• The threshold limit functionality needs to be checked for withholding tax calculations.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Migrate Your Data app.
2. Create a Migration Project and add the required Migration Object.
3. Attempt to upload vendor master data including withholding tax details and threshold limits using the migration cockpit using the XML template.
4. Simulate the data and observe the error message: "Please enter a correct withholding tax type."

The XML template used for migration was incorrect, missing the necessary "WT_SUBJCT" field.

1. Open Migrate Your Data app.
2. Create a Migration Project and add the required Migration Object.
3. Download a new XML template for the migration Object.
4. Fill in the "WT_SUBJCT" field with the correct indicator values.
5. Ensure that the withholding tax and exemption details are completed accurately in the new template.
6. Use the corrected template to upload the vendor master data and verify successful migration.
