3689380 - SAP GUI for HTML does not load using Kernel 7.2x

Symptom

  • Users unable to work with webgui service, it get stuck in the loading screen after entering the credentials (or when connecting via SSO):

When reproducing the issue, the following error is shown in the browser console logs:

Uncaught ReferenceError: ReferenceError: startIt is not defined
    at onload (domainexample.com8000/sap...)
