3689391 - In a report (e.g. Task), fields like owner ID and organizer ID are showing only ID instead of description and ID

You have created a report and added fields e.g. owner ID and report ID (other fields may behave the same way), and you have set them to display the description as well as the ID. 

But the UUID is being shown instead of ID and Description, which makes it not usable in any report.

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Go to User icon.
2. Select settings.
3. Cick on all settings tab.
4. Go to Design story
5. Open the story
6. Add fields
7. You will see only IDs, instead of IDs and description.

The descriptions are not been displayed because the field was not selected/added from Master data source.

To display the descriptions for Owner ID and Report ID, please ensure that you select these fields from the Master Data Source which you can add from the show related table. When the columns are added from the master data source, the report will show the readable descriptions.
