3689424 - Missing Limited SKU License for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Symptom

You want to add a limited SKU License in a Role for the Users in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 or SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open Roles 
  4. Go to Manage SKUs and notices this is missing the limited SKUs licenses

Resolution

Currently there is no option for limited SKU user license assignment, this is planned for enhancement by end of Q4 2025.
