3689428 - Task stuck in HADR impeding replication re-enablement - SRS

Symptom

  • SAP ASE replication environment encountered an issue where replication was disabled using the command `sap_disable_replication primary, SID` to resolve a full log segment issue. 
  • After both databases had the log segment increased and the issue was resolved, attempts to re-enable replication using `sap_materialize auto primary, companion, SID` resulted in the error: "Failed to start this task because another task is already running that requires exclusive access. Existing task name is 'sap_disable_replication'."
