Symptom
Users are able to remove curriculums assigned via Manager and Admin. See steps to replicate the understand the specific scenario.

Reproducing the Issue
- User/Manager Assignment:
- User Self assigns a curriculum
- Manager assigns the same curriculum afterwards
- User can still self remove the curriculum
- User/Admin Assignment
- User Self assigns a curriculum
- Admin assigns the same curriculum afterwards
- User can still self remove the curriculum
- User/Assignment Profile Assignment
- User Self assigns a curriculum
- AP assigns the same curriculum afterwards
- User can NOT self remove the curriculum
Cause
These are expected behaviors for each scenario listed.
Resolution
According to Product Management:
"Once the user/student has made a self assignment of curriculum, direct manager or admin assignment will not override the self-assignment. The following message is thrown to Managers when they assign any entity to their subordinated:
"The items/programmes/curricula have been successfully added to the specified employees. If the curricula/programme were already assigned, they will not be re-assigned."
For Admins assignment, no warning message is display at the moment, as this is for Managers.
As a workaround, we may suggest the usage of assignment profiles to override the self-assignment or manually remove the curriculum and re-assign."
