3689474 - Assignment Type when the course assignment is made via Career Development Plan/CDP

What's the system behavior for Item Assignment information when it's assigned by the User and Manager via CDP. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

As a User>

1. Login to the system.
2. Navigate to Objectives/CDP.
3. Create a Development Goal.
4. Assign a course that was previously set as required.
5. Check the Assigned Items in the Admin side.
6. Assignment Type and Required Date are empty.

As a Manager>

1. Login to the system.
2. Navigate to Objectives/CDP.
3. Create a Development Goal to a subordinate.
4. Assign a course that was previously set as required.
5. Check the user's Assigned Items in the Admin side.
6. Assignment Type and Required Date should be set.

Self-assignments should not inherit Assignment Type nor Required Date because of the assignment's nature while Manager assignments will always inherit these details.
