3689491 - It is not Possible to Create New Sales Contract

It is not allowing to create new sales contract as + button within contract view is greyed out.

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2. 

1. Go to the Settings.
2. Go to All Setting and select the Business Role.
3. Search and open the business role PQR (where role PQR belongs to logon business user LMN).
4. You will see this role has Unrestricted Read and Write access to the Business Service name sap.crm.service.salesContractService .
5. Logged In with the user LMN and go to the Contract view.
6. You will see the + button to create new contract is greyed out.

Currently Sales Contract can only be replicated from S4 .To create the Sales Contracts with essential header fields and product information is not supported.

Currently it is planning to support in Q1 2026.
