Symptom

Application Error occurs while approving a new hire workflow processed from MPH > Onboarding 1.0.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Suite Integration, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate Onboarding for a candidate via Onboarding 1.0.
  2. Submit the hire from Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding 1.0 > Workflow triggers.
  3. Proxy as the approver.
  4. Click on Approve in the Workflow details page.
  5. Application Error occurs. 

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation.
