3689517 - Error "You cannot edit the sales quote. It is migrated" When Editing a Sales Quote

Symptom

Error "You cannot edit the sales quote. It is migrated" when making changes to a Sales Quote in Sales and Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Navigation Menu.
  2. Select Sales Quotes view.
  3. Open the desired Sales Quote.
  4. Attempt to edit any field in the Sales Quote.
  5. The system displays the error message: "You cannot edit the sales quote. It is migrated"

Cause

The Migrated Sales Quote cannot be edited in the Sales and Service Cloud V2.

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
