3689615 - Implementation Activities app is not able to be configured in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud - with message "No IMG Activities found for IMG view"

• The user has been assigned the role of the business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_BCT_IMG_PC to access the "Implementation Activities" app in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
• The app "Implementation Activities" is accessible in read mode but not in write mode with Info message "No IMG Activities found for IMG view", "Authorized Activities"
