3689621 - How can I Reject an SES which is imported from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Symptom

Why I am not able to see reject option for the SES imported from ERP system?
Force Reject button not available for the SES originated from the ERP system.
User is able to see Force-Reject, Reject, Cancel button for the SES created in Ariba B&I (P2P) but not for the ERP Imported SES.
