3689665 - Unit of measure mismatch during delivery distribution to EWM from ERP

Symptom

  • Base Unit of Measure is not converting to the preferred Unit of Measure (UOM) from the Product Master after delivery distribution to EWM.
  • Different Units of Measure (UOM) are displayed at the item level in the delivery document.
  • When the delivery is distributed to EWM, the UOM is converted to Base Unit of Measure in EWM.
