3689760 - Can't change a competency name in TIH: Error Behavior updation failed. One or more Behavior already mapped to an attribute

• When trying to change a competency name in TIH the following error appears: "Error Behavior updation failed. One or more Behavior already mapped to an attribute".
• The affected behaviours can't be removed from the Competency due to "Internal error".
• The behaviour appears twice in the Behaviours tab in TIH and can't be renamed due to "Internal error".

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Attempt to edit a competency name in Talent Intelligence Hub.
2. Observe the error message: "Error Behavior failed. One or more Behavior already mapped to an attribute".
3. Attempt to remove the behaviour association with the competency, observe the error message: "Internal error".
4. Go to Behaviour tab and search for 1 behaviour mapped to the failing competency.
5. Notice that the behaviour is duplicated and the "Number of Associated Attributes" equals to 2.
6. Try to change the behaviour name, observe the error message: "Internal error".

The behaviour mapped to 2 or more competencies, which is unsupported in Talent Intelligence Hub per the KBA 3380592 - Attribute Error When Trying to Add a Behavior: No results found Please try again using a different keyword. - SAP for Me.

Invalid behaviour mappings were migrated to TIH from Center of Capabilities and should be corrected. 

1. Go to Behaviours tab and pick up the behaviours mapped to the failing competency.
2. Deactivate all behaviours involved by clicking "Change status" button - pick up "Inactive" and press "Change".
3. Go back to Attributes tab, edit the failing competency and save it with a changed name.
4. Notice that no behaviours are now mapped to this competency.
5. Go back to deactivated behaviours and notice that the "Number of Associated Attributes" now equals to 1.
6. It's important to repeat all the above actions for all the behaviours that have "Number of Associated Attributes" equal 2.
7. Activate the behaviours back via "Change status" button.

Note:  If you will not process all the behaviours that have "Number of Associated Attributes" equal 2, the error might appear again and prevent from TIH attribute change or behaviour mapping.
