3689788 - Failure of Scheduled Calendar Task due to missing user's agreement

Calendar task started failing with the following error message:

“This task has been canceled because the assignee didn't agree to run the task using their permissions before the task's start date.”

Missing permission request.

This behavior is the designed behavior as described in online help Schedule Data Actions in the Calendar | SAP Help Portal:

"If you replaced yourself with another assignee, select Update and Start Permission Request.

Note: If you don't start the permission request, the task will automatically be canceled on the planned start date."

In other words, when you activate the task but the assignee of this task is another user, you need to get their agreement before running this data locking task.
