Symptom

When creating or updating a data privacy statement, adding a logo or image results in the error message: HTML img tags are not allowed in DPCS content.

Cause

HTML img tags are restricted in DPCS content as per current system design. 

Resolution

1. Avoid using HTML img tags when creating or updating Data Privacy Statements.  
2. Use alternative methods to include logos or images, such as text-based representations or external links.
