- No dedicated IPs are available for inbound traffic into Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 due to Akamai network acceleration.
- Outbound traffic requires dedicated IPs for integration purposes.

- For inbound traffic into Sales and Service Cloud Version 2, there are no dedicated IPs available for whitelisting due to the use of Akamai network acceleration. IPs may change dynamically.
