The setting of Auto Sign Auto configured in the browser is not applied to SAP Sales cloud mobile app.

Cause
The mobile app and the browser have different auto sign out times.
Resolution
The SAP Sales cloud app has idle time out of 1 hour. If the app is inactive for 1 hour, the user will be prompted to log-in again for security reasons. The timer begins when the user stops interacting with the app, regardless of whether it was logged in using Face ID or a passcode. This includes situations where the app is in the background, the user is not interacting with it, or the phone is locked. If the user resumes interaction within 60 minutes, the timer resets to zero and will again count down from 60 minutes once the user stops interacting.
