Symptom

  • A workflow is not being triggered despite the correct event being raised by the application.
  • An event linkage for the workflow exists and is enabled in SWE2.
  • The "Receiver Type" is a workflow ID (e.g. WS00800238).
  • A SWELS trace of the event shows the "Receiver Method" as "=>~" or the "Receiver Function Module" as "" (i.e. empty/blank).
