3689993 - A11y: When more than one filter is applied to the career site, users cannot access the filters other than first/last

• When multiple filters are active on the page, users navigating via keyboard-only cannot remove filters as expected.
• The first filter button within the group receives keyboard focus, but the next tab press moves focus to the ‘Clear All’ button instead of each filter button independently.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing 

1. Open the Career Site
2. Apply more than one filter
3. Observe while accessing the site through a keyboard, only the first filter can be reached before focus is moved 
4. Similarly, when using shift & tab, observe only the last filter applied can be accessed before focus is moved

Engineering confirmed that a fix for this issue is scheduled for 1H 2026.
