3690001 - TIH/Talent Intelligence Hub data does not sync with Learning due to Cross-Site Scripting issue.

Upon trying to sync TIH/Talent Intelligence Hub with Learning, it's noticed that the data is not reaching Learning:

• Upon first sync: It's noticed that some Attributes/Skills/Competencies are not synced.

Or

• Updates: By changing the Attributes/Skills/Competencies description/title, it's noticed that it's not synching.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. MANDATORY: The "enableXSSFilters" setting under "WEB_SECURITY" property file has to be enabled >
2. Once this is enabled, find a Competency/Attribute/Skill that's synched from TIH to Learning >
3. Once one is found, edit its description and place the word (like: "JavaScript:") to it.

This is caused by the "enableXSSFilters" setting in "WEB_SECURITY" being enabled/true.

For now, there are 2 alternative solutions:

1. Disable the setting under "WEB_SECURITY":
   1. System Administration >
   2. Configuration >
   3. System Configuration >
   4. WEB_SECURITY > Find "enableXSSFilters" >
   5. Set it to "false" > Click "Apply Changes".
2. Remove the word that's causing the issue in the specific attribute. To know which word is causing it, please submit a case to SAP Support under the "LOD-SF-LMS-TIH" component.
