3690009 - Warning appearing when creating connector on ISC: "Please check the endpoint configuration because the connection couldn't be validated successfully."

Customer try to make a connection between the Intelligent Services Center (ISC) and the third party connector and is receiving an error message "Your changes were successfully saved. Please check the endpoint configuration because the connection couldn't be validated successfully."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access to the intelligent service center.
2. Select an event and open the flow.
3. Chose the event connector.
4. Configure the conector options.
5. When the connector is save the warning message appears.

The event notifications are send as SOAP request message, in this case the URL of the third party connector has to be a SOAP endpoint.

If the third party connector is not SOAP the connection cannot be done, this is because Intelligence Service Center expect SOAP to establish the connection.
