Symptom
Integration Center jobs are not running, even when scheduled or triggered manually using the Run Now button. The issue has persisted for many hours.
NOTE: In case the issue is happening for any job type (not only Integration Center ones), this is likely an overall issue, so refer to the KBAs 2772516 & 3682310 from Platform team.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Integration Center.
- Attempt to run a job manually using Run Now.
- Observe that nothing happens.
- Check Execution Manager – no scheduled or manual executions are recorded.
Cause
Jobs are stuck due to accumulated executions in the Integration Center queue, preventing new jobs from running either manually or by schedule.
Resolution
Wait for 1 hour without triggering any new executions.
If the issue persists, create a ticket (not chat) for the SuccessFactors Integrations team (LOD-SF-INT).
SAP Support will engage the Operations team to resolve the queue issue.
