3690050 - Error occurred when more than 100 Admin Alerts are processed in batch

Symptom

An error occurs when attempting to reprocess more than 100 Admin Alerts in batch: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.adminalerts.api.meta.AdminAlertActionMeta.isPermissionGranted()" because "recheck" is null.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2511
  • SAP SuccessFactors Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Alerts.
  2. Select "Recalculate Time Sheets".
  3. Select all 101 items.
  4. Click "Action > Recalculate timesheet".
  5. Observe the error message.

Cause

The issue occurs when the number of selected Admin Alerts exceeds 100.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
