3690055 - Text of cost center in PA20/PA30 Header is not updated after clicking the 'Refresh' button

Symptom

When viewing an employee in t-code PA20 or PA30, the header displays cost center information. However, after modifying the text associated with the cost center, clicking the 'Refresh' button does not update the cost center text in the PA20/PA30 header.
