3690075 - Order locked errors in the app "Manage Product Costing Errors" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Either of below errors is triggered when clicking the 'Simulate' button for specific orders in the app "Manage Product Costing Errors". 

• Rules on order XXXXXX are locked by CCXXXXXXXXXX.
• Posting failed. Order XXXXXX is being edited by others. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the APP management product costing module in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Attempt to perform a product cost accounting simulation.
3. Observe the error displayed during the simulation process.
4. Note that the simulation fails and remains in "running" status.

This is coding issue, and a hotfix is planned no later than CFD 2602.1. 

Check the relevant orders in the app "Postprocess Event-Based Postings – Product Costing" to see if postprocess is required. 
After confirming other errors are cleared, if you still want to remove below errors from the app "Manage Product Costing Errors", select the order item then click the 'Skip' button. 

• Rules on order XXXXXX are locked by CCXXXXXXXXXX.
• Posting failed. Order XXXXXX is being edited by others. 

Technically skip an error in this app means deleting the error message directly from error backend table so this will not be visible in the app anymore.
