Symptom

Following error occurs when attempting to create a bundle between a SAP Cloud Identity Services Tenant and a SAC tenant:

  • Tenant provisioning failed. Please try again later. If this error persists, please see KBA 3576392 

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
  • SAP Cloud Identity Services

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to Identity Provider Administration Tool following guide:
    Disable Your Bundled SAP Cloud Identity Services Tenant | SAP Help Portal  
  2. Find the SAC tenant
  3. Click 3 dots > Add SAP Cloud Identity Services
  4. Failed with error:
    Tenant provisioning failed. Please try again later. If this error persists, please see KBA 3576392
