Symptom

  • Bizx header is missing  in My Learning page in the mobile browser on iOS devices
  • Due to this, global search and dropdown menu are not available.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2511

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login via Safari or Chrome browser on iOS device.
  2. Navigate to "My Learning".
  3. Observe that the Bizx header is missing ( no global search or dropdown menu)
