3690158 - Document upload option missing in SAP Jam

The document upload option is not visible in SAP Jam despite having "Company Administrator" access.

1. Log in to SAP Jam using "Company Administrator" access. 
2. Navigate to the group where the document upload is intended. 
3. Try uploading a document. 
4. Notice that the document upload option is missing. 

The issue occurs because the company admin user is not assigned as the group admin, and the upload policy is not set to allow all members to upload.

1. Find the group admin
2. Navigate to Group Admin Settings > Edit Group > Participation > Upload Policy
