3690162 - Improving Slow Execution of "Sync Team Alerts Assignment" Job

In the PCC initial policies step, the job “Sync Team Alerts Assignment” takes an unusually long time to execute. The issue is typically observed under the following scenarios:

1. A payroll run fails for the majority of employees, resulting in a substantial number of alerts, including payroll rejected employee (EE) alerts and validation rules like Match Code W alerts.
2. These alerts are automatically resolved following the successful execution of the payroll at a later time.
3. Despite the resolution of these alerts, the PCC Alert Assignment report remains slow in processing alert assignments.
