Symptom

Verify "Created By" and "Changed By" fields using a specific username instead of CB User via below apps related to Material Master.

  • Create Material (MM01)
  • Change Material (MM02)
  • Display Material (MM03)

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

Use "Manage Product Master Data" app and then "Created By" and "Changed By" can be checked by username.

  1. Open the "Manage Product Master Data" app.
  2. Enter the material information and search. 
  3. Navigate to the relevant section where "Created By" and "Changed By" fields are displayed.
