3690227 - ECS4HCM: Employee stuck with 'Awaiting Processing' status in SF EC Data Replication Monitor

You are using ECS4HCM for Employee Replication, when replicating an employee - you notice that they stay as 'Awaiting Processing' in the Data Replication Monitor. Despite this, you can see errors in transaction SLG1 for Employee Master Data and sometimes Org Assignments. Replicating this employee manually via ECPAO_EE_VIEWER results the employee also being stuck as 'Pending' status.

This may stay like this in the DRM for 3 days, then be set to failed.
