Symptom

  • Flexible workflow is stuck in error during the approval process.
  • The purchase requisition status is set to '08 Release refused', but the workflow shows as released at all levels.
  • Error message displayed: "Approval of purchase requisition failed. Contact admin."
  • Message No. MMPUR_PR_WFL_COMMON008.
  • Flexible workflow randomly ends with error SWF_UTL 003 - Rollback has been triggered after COMMIT WORK inside same transaction.
  • RESULT_CALLBACK - An exception was raised - error displayed in the related workitem workflow log.
