Symptom

The customer is requesting confirmation on whether the feature "Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) panels - Onboarding 1.0" is activated in the super admin account for their instance.

Environment

SAP SF Onboarding 1.O

Cause

Customer request for confirmation regarding the activation status of the feature in the super admin account.

Resolution

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) panels are part of the Onboarding application in SAP SuccessFactors. These panels will be displayed to candidates if the "EY" feature is activated in the Onboarding Super admin site.

  1. Log in to the super admin account.
  2. Navigate to the features section.
  3. Check if the feature "EY" is enabled.
  4. Confirm that the feature is currently disabled or enabled in the instance.
  5. Provide the necessary information to the customer regarding the activation status.
