3690301 - FSM User Inactivation via Proaxia Connector

Symptom

  • When attempting to set an FSM user to Active = false via the ERP system through the Proaxia Connector, the change is not reflected in the FSM Admin UI.
  • After the update is triggered, the Active checkbox in the FSM Admin interface remains selected instead of being unchecked.
  • This behavior occurs only when the user status is updated through the Proaxia integration.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
