Symptom

• The "Delivery Completed" column in the open order report within the SBN Buyer Portal is not updating to "Yes" when purchase orders are fully received via Goods Receipt posting, causing confusion among suppliers.

• Deleted purchase orders are removed from the report without selecting any options, leading to questions about how the report distinguishes between deleted Purchase Orders and fully received Purchase Orders. 

• Users are uncertain about the purpose of the "Delivery Completed" column and whether it can be hidden if it cannot be updated to "Yes."
