3690336 - Attachment download functionality in SAP SuccessFactors modules

Symptom

Attachments in SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as RCM and PGM, are downloaded directly without an option for online preview.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Navigate to any module, such as RCM or PGM.
  3. Click on an attachment within the module. 
  4. Notice that the attachment is downloaded directly without an online preview option. 

Cause

The system is designed to download attachments directly without offering an online preview mode. 

Online preview functionality is not available for attachments in any SAP SuccessFactors module. 

Resolution

Verify that the current system behavior matches the expected functionality of SAP SuccessFactors.
