3690363 - Error raised on G/L Account during posting

Error raised on G/L Account during posting not expected having regard to fields visible in app Manage G/L Account Master Data, in past Account Group was changed on account.

The screen layout for an account group determines which fields are relevant for that group. Suppress/Hidden fields are not displayed in app Manage G/L Account Master for accounts.  

It is necessary to change the Account Group back to display fields relevant for prior account group if these fields not relevant for current account group assigned.  

You can use App Display G/L Account changes to see changes on account. You can also see if account Group was changed. 

In app Manage G/L Account Master Data using account Group originally assigned, check if there is an entry in field concerned, any adjustments made are customers own responsibility.
