3690451 - The task item translation is not displaying correctly in the offboarding processs - Onboarding

Symptom

  • The label for the asset model in the offboarding tasks shows up in the wrong language.
  • The translation key for this label is missing in the "Manage Languages" section.
  • The label isn't visible in either the Onboarding or Offboarding Tasks.
  • The label doesn't have an associated ID.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Offboarding database (OFB DB).
  2. Navigate to Offboarding Tasks.
  3. Observe that the task is displayed in an incorrect language.

Cause

English translation not added in Item name.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Manage Offboarding and Offboarding Task.
  2. Go to Task settings.
  3. In the Edit Equipment category, update the item to include the correct translation.
