Certain locale, such as Dutch, users see an overlap of labels after importing an attachment after recording external learning completion.

Cause
This is a CSS issue that prevents the column header from wrapping when the header text is a long single word string. As a result, the column header will overflows into the next column header for certain locales.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
