3690474 - Express Data Loader - outbound trigger files larger than 1kb fail to process in SAP Incentive Management

• XDL outbound trigger files of size greater than 1kb cannot be processed in Express data loader.
• On uploading the file in XDL application, an error popup "Error Validating Files File Name Error" is noticed.
• On uploading the file via dropbox, the file moves to archive without appearing in the XDL UI.
