3690609 - Error: "Unable to load data for table IBP_*" for IBP Inbound Job - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

Symptom

  • Error: "Unable to load data for table IBP_*" for IBP inbound job
  • Open the detail error message for the error in IBP, it will display message "The remote source you're using for data integration is technically working, but IBP cannot find or access the IBP_* table"
  • DP agent log will show the following error
    "AsyncHandler.processStreamingExecuteStatement [] - AH(***): com.sap.hana.dp.adapter.sdk.AdapterException: Cannot find data file : **%.csv. Verify that the data file exists and that configuration file points to the correct data file. "
  • Confirm in the DP agent machine that the file exists, DP agent start user has full access to the file
