• Additional fields in the Biographical Information card under the Personal Information Category are not visible in View mode for certain employees.
• The fields are visible in Edit mode.
• The issue occurs for employees who are hired through onboarding.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Latest People Profile

1. Navigate to the profile of user hired through onboarding.
2. Go to Personal Information -> Biographical Information.
3. Click View All.
4. Observe:
   1. The “Show Empty Fields” button is not available.
   2. Additional fields do not appear in the view mode.
5. Click Edit on the Biographical Information section.
6. Observe that the additional fields are visible in Edit mode.
