When send form to next step, the page is loading and unable to send

1. Open form and click send
2. The page is loading and the form is not able to send to next step

Unusual line terminator characters contained in the form.

Remove Unusual line terminator characters by following steps and send form again.

1. Open form using Edge/Chrome and open develop tools.
2. Send form to next step, the page is loading.
3. In develop tools>console tab, find 'Uncaught" part, "text:"\n\n"
4. Contact your local IT to check the Unusual line terminator characters in  'Uncaught"-> "text:"\n\n"

Workaround: Use route form tool to enforce send form.
