• The button "Send result email for Job Information import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred" is missing in the Company system and logo settings.
• The feature was previously functional for Position, GA, and Time-off follow-ups but is no longer visible.

1. Open "Company system and logo settings".
2. Search for the button "Send result email for Job Information import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred".
3. Observe that the button is not present.

The feature "Send result email for Job Information import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred" is no longer visible because the customer does not have GA and Time-off features enabled.

Previously, the feature was functional for Position, Global Assignment, and Time-off follow-ups. With release b2511, position follow-ups are now fully handled by the Centralized Services framework. A code change was implemented, restricting the feature's availability to customers using Global Assignment and/or Time-off features.

However there is no change was made to when the feature "Send result email for Job Information import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred" would be available VS not available. 

With regards to Position follow ups coming from Job Information import and Termination Details import, the customers will only receive notifications if there are errors with position follow up processing (as if the feature was enabled). 

With 2H2025 release, It is expected that the button "Send result email for Job Information import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred" is missing in the Company system and logo settings if Global Assignment and/or Time off features are not applied. But you can still receive notifications if there are errors with position follow up processing (as if the feature was enabled).
