Symptom

  • Users are unable to search specific users in the "On behalf Of" field during the creation of PR.
  • The issue occurs despite both users having the same Purchasing User group and Purchasing Unit assigned.
  • The parameter  Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning is enabled in the realm.
